Born in the UK, Sandhan is a seasoned traveller.
A “citizen of the world”, she has lived in Germany, India and France and is now resident in Australia.
Passionate about personal development, transformation and responsibility, she has dedicated her life to her own Spiritual path as well as helping others to walk theirs.
In India she lived in the Osho Commune International for over 10 years, working as a healer, facilitator and therapist as well as cook, cleaner and “ashram shopper”, which she says was her favourite job!
Concurrently she ran a meditation and healing centre in the South of France.
Since arriving in Australia she has participated in Tony Robbins’ Mastery University and Leadership programs as well as NLP, professional speaking and numerous entrepreneurial courses, saying that it all adds another more practical and pragmatic dimension to walking her talk and her search for Truth.
She is also a trained massage therapist, energy healer and Oneness Blessing giver and happy to share her wisdom with anyone who wants to know more.

Hi there and G’day from sunny Australia: Byron Bay to be exact.
This morning I woke up and thought what a good idea it would be to really practice what I preach!
I wrote a blog post about that (practicing what I preach) some time ago already so this is really putting my neck on the line, isn't it? I do apply most of it, but there are so many tips and tricks to living a passionate, fulfilled life that to be honest you could do an ‘hour of power’ every hour of the day and never sleep!
I’m making a mental note to myself here to write about that one of these days in case you don’t already know how effective The Hour of Power can be if you apply it regularly. However this practice I’m going the share with you now is quintessential to living a joyful, successful life as the above quote from Meister Eckhart illustrates.

Despite what many corporate high flyers might have us believe with their hectic schedules, meetings, travel plans and personal and virtual assistants, “Life Management” means a lot more than having a carefully co-ordinated schedule and a well edited ‘to do list’.
Life Management means taking an ‘inside-out’ approach to your life - starting first with yourself, of course.
Rather than reacting to outside events, hoping circumstances or time constraints will improve, or worse still blaming the current state of affairs and expecting them or other people to change, managing your life effectively involves examining your own belief systems, your personality and your motives and shaping a set of principles or guidelines that reflect your highest values and which consistently points you in the right direction.
