Interview with Lisa Rinna, Hollywood Star of Days of our lives, featured in "Us" magazine.
Having one of hollywoods hottest bodies does not come easily. Just ask Lisa Rinna.
"I work out up to six times a week, the star, 45, tells us adding that a sweat session often lasts two hours. By her own account the mom of Delilah 10 and Amelia 7 (hubby is harry Hamlin) has worked my ass off to stay fit. The result? An enviable 24 inch waist and size 0 jeans. But not everything happens in the gym. Rinna admits to the occasional boost from a bit of botox as well as a post-baby boob job.
The 5 foot 6, 115 pound star believes everyone has the power to change themselves, inside and out - the philosophy behind her new book Rinnavation getting your best life ever. Its not just diet and exercise she says. I go into marriage motherhood sexuality spirituality. Its about reinventing yourself at any age.
Here Rinna shows how its done.
Her Diet
I eat clean which means no processed foods, Rinna tells us of her 1800 calorie a day diet. It also means no alcohol or soda which says Rinna are big when it comes to cellulite. Instead the actress who used the Sunrider meal delivery service during her pregnancies, sticks to whole grains, veggies fruits and nuts plus organic mean, cheese eggs and yoghurt. I’ve noticed a shift she says. My body has gotten very lean.
Her Workout
I dance at least a couple of times a week says Rinna (who released a dance workout dvd, Dance Body Beautiful) I run 30-45 minutes and do light weights. Also in the mix? Pilates plus spin classes at Train in West hollywood. And she works out with a personal trainer once a week. Its quite varied she says of her fitness regimen.
Still even the seemingly flawless have issues. I’m insecure about my stomach after two kids. She says: I’m always doing situps.
