Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive......? This truth applied to me and my health. I deceived myself for many years thinking there would be NO payday, someday, for closing my eyes to what I was eating and what it was doing to me. I was one of those people who grew up on bologna, margarine, Skippy, hydrogenated oil, and white sponge bread......and addicted to sugar. And my poor nutrition gave me an insatiable appetite. I lived from infection to infection, antibiotic to antibiotic. I have an older sister, who is a Naturopathic Doc, who told me one time after a serious ear and sinus infection that I must change my ways, or my health would continue to deteriorate. Well I did not rejoice in her words. I was like a screaming child inside, ?don?t take away my cookies and ice cream, I just want to pop a pill.? So pop the pills I did. And I had a few doctors in my life that were more than happy to feed my pill popping addiction.

But on a trip to Hawaii several years ago, an old time acquaintance told me my chronic fatigue and yeast infections had to do with my diet. She suggested Sunrider?s Fortune Delight, and SunnyDew. She also handed me a Regeneration book by Dean Black. At the end of the little book he said, ?You?re the only one who can take charge of your health.? I shut that book as fast as I could. I had spent most of my life running from responsibility instead of RUNNING INTO IT! I was an ?I?ll diet tomorrow, I?ll eat better tomorrow?, kind of girl......but tomorrow never came. And I wasn?t given enough information about Sunrider to have it stick with me. I did start changing my ways however.....little by little. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I began seeking information, to get an upper hand on things I knew were destroying me.

I have children who are getting older, and I knew some of my bad habits, and destructive eating, had ?stuck? with them, so I pressed on to getting answers for their sakes. I had come to a place where the ?bad diet? in my thoughts and mind were killing me, and I knew I needed a new thought life diet.?.I met a man who was filled with ?regenerative? thinking, and he was a solid Christian, who is now my husband. He helped me stop running from taking responsibility for my bad spiritual diet. And God helped use me in my husband?s life for him to consider making some changes in his food diet. So we grew together. 

Then came Christmas 2001. And all the junk food that goes along with it! I didn?t indulge as much in destructive eating as I had in times past, but I wasn?t feeling so hot. I had been having flash backs of Sunrider tea from years past, and I had an impulse to see if Sunrider had a web page where I could order tea. I still knew my eating wasn?t that great, and there would still be a payday someday. I had done some drastic measures to clean up my health and chronic infection -- like gulping down garlic, juicing alfalfa, and taking all kinds of medicinal herbs....even drinking tea tree oil and food grade hydrogen peroxide! I just didn?t feel like I was on top of my health, and I knew deep in my heart I was on a quick path of degeneration. So I found the Sunrider Web page, and I ordered tea, and Sunrider had me sign up on the net with Nancy Donahue, a stranger at the time, but a valued friend now. Little did I know this would be a life changing event!

Nancy sent me the much loved video by JW Emerson. Then the lights came on! I knew God was speaking to me, and shedding light I had never seen about nutrition and how it affects the way our cells communicate, and our health and vitality in general. WE REALLY ONLY CAN BECOME PHYSICALLY WHAT WE EAT. I also felt for the first time in my life I was spiritually strong enough o ?run into? being responsible, instead of running away from responsibility........(as I was deceived into thinking I actually could run, and it wouldn?t all catch up to me one day).I also realized that God had put solid answers for the issues of health right in my lap. And that we don?t have to go through life in the dark with our health, believing we are just a victim of circumstances, and there are no real answers! I could stop accusing others for their bad eating habits and quit excusing myself. I decided to stop the ?I?ll change tomorrow? destructive thinking, and change today for the sake of God, His Glory, and my children. I had spent too many years glorifying destruction, in not taking responsibility for what went in my mouth.~~~~~~~~~~~

The first week I drank the Fortune Delight, Calli and NuPlus, I noticed my chronically itchy red eyes clearing up. My fluffy face was thinning down. Four weeks into it I had lost 10 lbs, and I wasn?t even dieting. I began to eat NuPlus 3 times a day. I drank 1 bag of Calli, 2 Fortune Delights, and a packet of Quinary. It almost looked like my body was turning back the time clock, instead of zooming on ahead. Some of my other friends started Sunrider foods too. We saw the weight, and cellulite melting off right before our eyes. We had energy and vitality like we hadn?t had for years. Even my children were rejoicing in putting ?life? into their mouth, instead of ?death?. Dead food does have a way of making you feel dead. My skin was looking great. Infections disappeared. No more signs of Epstein Barr Virus. I've gained muscle tone. My better health has helped me feel better spiritually, and stronger.

One thing I began to realize was the power of faith. I realized I didn?t have much faith to eat great food, or to buy great food. "How could I justify spending the money that Sunrider was asking, and why were they asking so much for their product"? That was about the way I worded my problem to my new found friend Nancy. Well, I've gained some insight since then. Not only have I come to realize what a power-packed food Sunrider is, but I've also seen with my own eyes, the fabulous health results in the last 3 months I've eaten it. I really questioned in the beginning of my journey with Sunrider, if I had the faith to really go ahead and buy the food. As I reasoned in my mind, I came to some conclusions. Why would I want to be "in faith" to eat inferior food? And have faith for my children to eat inferior food, when the ?cream of the crop? had just appeared before my eyes? Wide is the gate that leads to death........"junk food" and many are on it......in their stupidity, to their destruction. Narrow is the gate, and straight is the path that leads to life.....and "good eating," and few are on it. This narrow path just happened to pop up in my life, THANK GOD!!!!

Faith is an amazing thing. And I have had some "wicked" faith in the past. You know the kind that says....."It?s too hard for me to do that." "That kind of food is for special people, not me." "God can only bless some people who are able to eat great stuff like that." "I could never help enough people to change around their health, lifestyle, and make choices to regenerate their bodies rather than degenerate their bodies." "Even though I can tell Sunrider is great food, and a total blessing to your body, other people would never see that or have the faith to buy it." ALL THESE VOICES THAT SPOKE TO ME were lies. I realized that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE. If I would only take on faith that God is good, that He wants to feed us what's good, and that we can help others make good choices, it might just change my destiny!! And God can use me to change the destiny of others! We all really have a lot of power to make good changes and influence others to also! What we allow ourselves to do is speaking volumes to others. We are all, always influencing others......we are "regenerating, or degenerating, those around us!?

Well, back to my "doubting Thomas" words to Nancy. She wasn't moved an inch, happy to say! And after meeting her and her friends, I came to some shocking conclusions. THEY FELT PRIVILEGED AND HONORED THAT THEY HAD FOUND THE MOST REGENERATIVE FOOD ON THE EARTH, and if they had to pay twice the price, THEY WOULD STILL CONSIDER IT AN HONOR AND A BLESSING!!!! 

In the light of how much money some people spend on junk food, health insurance, gourmet coffees, etc?. Plus considering if you don't pay a small price now to take care of your health YOU'LL BE PAYING BIG TIME LATER, Sunrider food is a glorious blessing to help us lead a charged with energy.....LIFE! We all only have today, and life is short, so why would we want to spend our time feeling sick, weak and sleepy due to eating junk food? It's really easy to eat food that makes you feel great, and it's easy to want your friends and loved ones to eat great food that will build their health too. And in that sense, if you love people and tell them about the best food on the earth you've ever found, the love and care you show will come back on you. It has me.

Seeing the improvements eating Sunrider food has made in my health and the health of my friends is the best ?test results? I could ever witness. That is why Sunrider is more successful each year. It's made with great care, and is extremely concentrated. There are many bodies besides mine going around saying ........"THANKS for the good nutrition, and for ceasing to destroy me through undereating, and overeating the wrong foods." I like many people who have been searching for health building food, have come to the end of the search with Sunrider. I can tell Sunrider food is building up my health instead of destroying it like I have the past 4 decades! And I hope and pray to see many I love get out of the 8-5, dollars per hour (or whatever) box they live in! HOW MUCH REGRET WILL YOU HAVE if you find out one day that your health problems were all signs of malnutrition? And there were answers all the time, and good nutrition available to you? Will you regret not giving your body regenerative food with which it could have healed itself? Good nutrition is available, and if we are not shallow and become DEEP DIGGERS, we will find the answers we need.......SUNRIDER has been the avenue for me not living a life of REGRET regarding my health! I found the bread of life for my soul in my faith in Jesus, and I found the bread of life on the earth, the fountain of youth, in Sunrider!
